Gilchrist will continue to be part of the team while Lehmann takes over the mentoring role from him.

Sunrisers Hyderabad: Hyderabad team will be called Sun Risers from next season, it was announced on Tuesday. Sun TV Network, which bought the Hyderabad franchisee recently, have chosen this new name for their team from IPL 6.In October, Sun TV bought the team for a five-year deal which will be priced at a total of Rs 425.2 crores.

Sunrisers Hyderabad is a cricket franchise based in the city of Hyderabad that plays in the Indian Premier League.Sunrisers Hyderabad will replace Deccan Chargers from IPL 2013 onwards.

Associate Sponsors for IPL 2013 (IPL6)

The tug-of-war for being the associate sponsor for sixth Indian Premier League is on in full swing. PepsiCo, after becoming the title sponsors for the league and replacing DLF, has now initiated the associate sponsorship list. PepsiCo has also acquired pouring rights for 8 of the 9 participating teams in the forthcoming season with Coca-Cola only having Mumbai Indians to hinge on to IPL.

Other names which have reportedly come forward as associate sponsors include Vodafone, Samsung, Havells and Tata DoComo. Micromax and Karbonn mobiles may also join in the list before the start from April 3. Those who have kept a tab on the past IPL highlights would realise that many of these names are new to this list of associate sponsors. This is because of the fact that the older names are trying to refrain from doing so this year.

The usual names like that of Reliance Communications, Nokia, ICICI, Coca-Cola, Maruti and Hyundai are reportedly looking forward for spot advertising rather than becoming associate sponsors.
